AAP (Aam Aadmi Party) accused the Delhi Police for acting like a puppet of the central government and bully by entering Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal's residence illegally without any prior notice on Friday. Yesterday morning, Policemen arrived at Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal's home to search for CCTV footage in the connection of alleged assault of Delhi Chief Secretary Anshu Prakash by AAP leaders on Monday night. Arvind Kejriwal's Aam Aadmi Party addressed a press conference after a number of bureaucrats met the central government with a number of concerns.

Chief Secretary Anshu Prakash had alleged that on Monday night, when he arrived at Mr. Kejriwal's house for an emergency meeting, then he got beaten up by AAP MLA's Prakash Jarwal and Amantullah Khan in the presence of Mr. Kerjiwal. The MLAs, Prakash Jarwal and Amantullah Khan, were arrested at different places. Mr Prakash Jarwal, an MLA from Deoli, was arrested at Defense Colony on Tuesday night, while Mr. Amantullah Khan, was arrested on Wednesday afternoon when he came to Jamia Nagar police station with his supporters. A Delhi court under Metropolitan Magistrate Shefali Barnala Tondon rejected their bail plea on Friday.

There are total 21 CCTV cameras at CM home, out of which 7 are non functional. Delhi Police seized the hard-drives of all the 21 CCTV cameras. The policemen spent over two hours searching and interrogating the staff. AAP leader Ashutosh claimed the police had initially requested the video from the public works department (PWD), but did not take it. He said

They didn't’t ask questions on CCTV footage but about the painting of the residence. Delhi Police is responsible for the CCTV cameras in CM’s house, not Arvind Kejriwal.

On the reaction of inquiry, Arvind Kejriwal tweeted that

There are many policemen arrived at my home to search. Its good. When inquiry could start in case of Judge Loya's murder.

To investigate two slaps, a Chief Minister's house is searched. Doesn't Judge Loya's murder call for some inquiry?

The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) accused Delhi Police that action was merely aimed to insult and humiliate Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kerjiwal. AAP leader Ashutosh told reporters

The police team went inside the chief minister’s residence only to “humiliate and insult him (Arvind Kejriwal)

While AAP MP Sanjay Singh tweeted

Without Modi government’s directive, the police could not have indulged in such dadagiri.

It is unfortunate that some dictators and people with a mentality of hooligans have captured power, be it Gujarat, Haryana, Maharashtra, Rajasthan or Madhya Pradesh.

The dadagiri by the Delhi Police at Arvind Kejriwal’s residence is being done at the behest of the BJP. The Delhi Police is a mere puppet but the Centre is resorting to such dadagiri to dismiss the Delhi government

In the press conference, the AAP also showed a two and half minutes video where senior police officials are seen inside the residence of the chief minister, and asking questions about the wall paint of the room.

AAP counsel, B S Joon, said

These questions are ridiculous and preposterous

Sanjay Singh also said that the AAP will protest outside district headquarters and state capital headquarters to protest the sending of police team to the Delhi chief minister’s residence.

Is it really a dadagiri of some of the political parties? I leave the question to you.
